A couple weeks ago, I filed a brief in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in my case challenging the constitutionality of the TSA’s nude body scanners and invasive pat-down program. My brief was based on documents that the TSA provided me that were administratively classified as sensitive, and I was ordered not to disclose any of their contents publicly, so I filed a “public” (redacted) brief LINK CENSORED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT [?], as well as a “sealed” brief that the Court was not to publish.
Apparently that plan didn’t go so well, as journalists from Infowars discovered that the Court actually failed to seal the unredacted brief, and they have published in full the leaked document. The document — as of yet still available to the public through the PACER court records system — is properly labeled as “sealed” by the clerk’s office, meaning they received and understood my instructions that the document was not to be public, but neglected to hide the attachment from public view.

Ordinarily, I don’t go to InfoWars because, most of the time, they are just a little bit too kooky and often fail to give stupidity its due credit. Is TSA really a “pure contrived security theater custom-made solely to indoctrinate Americans, through prisoner training, into blindly accepting obedience to authority as a normal way of life”? I think some credit should be given to simple pork barrel bureaucratic inertia. In any case, the TSA has certainly gone far beyond its usefulness, even if its purpose is exactly as InfoWars claims.
You have WON big time! Both for the American people, flyers, and for justice itself. The interview done with the TSA screener last year blew the doors off of their deceit and corruption. Just imagine they were operating backscatter x-ray scanners and others without so much as proper training or an operaring manual. Further, none of the technology, be it x-ray or tetrahertz wave scanners have been objectively evaluated scientifically and/or medically.
The scam and shame of Securty Theater is over. You have been intrepid and savvy in exposing all of this methodically. Now they admit none of it has to do wifh security and everything to do with social conditioning. With a little auxiliary research, it was found they were so sloppy that fhey could not enter their documents redacted and there for anyone to see. Absolutely fantastic.
Passengers should now get together and file massive class action suits for damages due to violation of their 4th Amendment rights with malicious and false intent. The Chertoff Group should disbanded and brought to justice, specifically profiteer Michael Chertoff et al. There is so much liability here that only a few parties can be named. The TSA is nothing more than an elaborate RICO operation and they fall under all the categories for criminal and civil prosecution.
This had to be exposed. The lie was so large it was begging for it to be disovered. Excellent work and very high regards. This is only the beginning.

Jack, name me one country, given your current situation, to which you would rather move and live. We have our problems and I looked into moving my family but no other country appealed to me. Also, if it is so bad here, why are there people still trying to get here?

#6 really? The US has the more cars total than any other country, so it isn’t hard to believe they have the most total car thefts. However, this is not the same as car theft rate. In fact the US doesn’t even make the top ten highest car theft rates in the world.

I am not going to try to defend the US, but your argument would be much more interesting if those were all based on *per capita* rates. Most of them seem to only be based on absolute numbers, which are then tied to how many people live in each country, so that’s not a useful comparison.
